Come Home to Wales (CHTW) was formed by Huw & Margaret Hughes and by Alun Thomas.

Alun Thomas has had an extensive business career with blue chip companies and start ups. Previous employers include Rolls-Royce, Johnson Matthey and McKinsey & Co. Currently, Alun is CEO of Singlepoint Holdings, an information security business. He was Chairman of Heathrow Express and retains extensive links to the Travel and Tourism sector. Alun looks after Marketing and Finance for CHTW.

Huw and Margaret Hughes formed Hughes and Associates in 1997 to provide a first class ticket, hospitality, and event management service. Clients include Coca-Cola, Eversheds, Evolution Securities and Bank of Ireland. As Directors of CHTW, Huw and Margaret are responsible for managing suppliers and ensuring that each vacation is delivered to impeccable standards and the delight of our customers.

Derek Jewson is an advisor to CHTW with extensive executive experience in the travel and tourism sector. Even though his mother was from Swansea, he supports the England rugby team. We forgive him because he is a Board member of the Association of Corporate Travel Agents. He has been Head of Sales at British Airways, MD of Hogg Robinson (BTI) and Chief Executive Officer of Lauda Air based in Vienna.
